Publication 2024:

The best papers accepted at the conference will be submitted for publication in the Scopus-indexed conference proceedings.
A few selected papers will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Entertainment Technology & Management.

SHS Web of Conferences, EDP Sciences, France.

The final decision to publish in any of the options above depends on the decision made by conference editors.

Deadlines:

Extended Abstract (500-800 words approx.) OR Full Paper Submission

IST DEADLINE: 5th November 2023 (Preferred for attendees who intend to travel to Japan for the conference)
2ND DEADLINE: 4th December 2023 (Regular deadline for virtual and local presenters)
Acceptance/Rejection Notification (1st Deadline): 4th December 2023
Acceptance/Rejection Notification (2nd Deadline): 5th January 2024
FINAL Registration Deadline: 12th January 2024

Short abstracts will NOT be accepted for review
Full papers are preferred for first submission if the camera-ready version is to be considered for Scopus-indexed publication.
Presenters may be notified of the decision to accept/reject as soon as the review process is completed.
