ETLTC-ICETM2025 January Edition
We have opened the conference for both registered and non-registered participants in the audience so as to disseminate knowledge among the community members, irrespective of their registration status. We believe this will benefit all participants.
For On-site Participants: Please be informed that January could be a heavy snow season in Aizuwakamatsu. Please come prepared with proper clothing, shoes, gloves, headcover, etc.
Instructions for Session Chairs and Presenters:
On-site Participants: We DO NOT have any dedicated time for registration during the on-site days. Arrive, ask for a registration form from one of the conference volunteers, fill it out and return it to the volunteer, and collect your conference bag and name tag. Online participants DO NOT require any registration other than to log in with their own Zoom account.
Session chairs will be given the role of a co-host on Zoom. They will be responsible for the session and take final decisions as deemed necessary.
Presenters are required to carry their own laptop or operate from their own workstation and log into Zoom (https://zoom.us/meeting) with the link mentioned in the program page—https://www.interconf-etltc.net/program-2026.
Logging in to Zoom is REQUIRED even for presenters on-site at UBIC, The University of Aizu. We will NOT waste any time connecting and reconnecting devices after presentations.
Please make sure you have a good internet connection and check your video/audio to ensure no disruption during the presentation. Please try to keep any video that you intend to play short. For the sake of time, we will NOT wait beyond a certain limit and move on to the next presentation in case such a disruption occurs.
Use of flash drives and using another presenter’s device is NOT encouraged. Please Zoom from your own account.
Your presentation may NOT be recorded for attendance purposes if you present from someone else’s account.
We will NOT record presentations (or recorded presentations will NOT be archived) due to privacy issues raised by many of our presenters.
Presentations MAY NOT have any specific template. You may choose the one that fits your presentation the best. However, please number the slides and use the conference title "ETLTC2026 Global Conference Series" in each slide.
We strongly encourage participants to TURN ON the video when making the presentation and NOT to wear a face mask while presenting. We consider that to be basic professional courtesy.
Presenters must STOP SHARING promptly after each presentation.
Please be present in the conference room at least right before the start of your session. DO NOT be late.
Each presentation must take NO more than 12 minutes to complete + 3 minutes of Q&A. Exceeding this time limit may result in the session chair stopping your presentation and asking you to share your presentation link in the chat line.
Due to reasons related to hectic schedules and lack of time, the session chair may ask participants and presenters to ask and respond to questions in the Zoom chat line. Please keep your questions and responses short and direct.
No specific timing is allotted for a specific presentation. Timing is only allotted for a session.
We will move based on the sequence of presentations mentioned in the ONLINE program.
If a presenter is not available at the beginning of his/her time, we will move on to the next presentation.
Missed presentations in the sequence not happening by the end of that specific session, for whatever reason, will be considered ABSENT. Absent presentations will NOT be rescheduled.
ABSENT presentations will NOT be considered for proceedings publication. Session chairs are strictly responsible for taking note of the missed presentations in a session and reporting them to interconf@etltc-acmchap.org
Presenters or members of the audience must remain MUTED at all times UNLESS you are speaking on the camera for the session. Session chairs will have the right to remove you from the Zoom room if UNMUTED attendees create a disturbance for other participants.
Detailed instructions for submitting the final camera-ready version will be sent soon after the conference, and you will have until 1st March, 2026, to submit it.
We will contact only the corresponding authors as identified on the program page. Other co-authors will NOT be contacted for the final paper submission.
During the conference, we will NOT respond to queries that act as exceptions to the above guidelines.
