CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THROUGH EDAS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL 6.5% PAYMENT THAT IS CHARGED BY THE PAYMENT GATEWAY.
At least one author from the paper must register. Multiple registrations from the same author may be possible.
An additional paper by the same first author is to be considered as another fresh paper and has to be registered separately at the same rate.
Students/faculty from regular categories MUST NOT register for partner categories. In such cases, presentations will NOT be scheduled in the regular program unless the registration is corrected.
Co-authors/co-presenters scheduled to attend the conference with the primary registrant of an accepted paper (and scheduled to present) on campus at the University of Aizu must register at the "presentation only" rate.
Please contact the conference chair if collective registration payment is necessary.
Invoices will be generated if required.
For some categories, on-site payment might incur a lesser cost.

Publication Charges:
Regular registration fees include one paper, which is no more than 12-15 pages maximum in the format of the conference. Exceptions apply.
Regular author registration includes:
A 20-minute physical presentation
Publication with a 12-15 page limit. Exceptions apply. Extra pages could be added with additional registration.
ETLTC-ACM chapter certificate of presentation/participation (soft copy only)
Virtual Author Registration includes:
A 20-minute Zoom presentation with questions from the LIVE audience, in the chat line, or comments section
Publication with a 12-15 page limit. Exceptions apply.

ARRANGEMENTS:
Virtual Presentation - Virtual presentations will happen through a live Zoom session. Recorded videos will be archived for future access. Q&A can happen in the Zoom chat line.
NOTES:
Author: making a presentation of the paper that will be published in the proceedings/journals.
Presentation Only: making a presentation at the conference without publishing a paper.
Listener:
Participating in the conference without a presentation or a paper publication.
Other persons from the presentation party who are physically present at the conference site, and may or may not be presenting
One regular registration can cover a paper within 15 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Refund: Only before the mentioned cancellation dates
